The MENTOR Network’s Adult Day Health Services provides elders, including those with complex medical or rehabilitative needs, with the daily care they need to thrive. Our day programs help participants remain in their homes or with family instead of requiring higher levels of care, including nursing homes, by ensuring they have daily support in managing a range of conditions. At each of our adult day health centers, our nursing team and other staff care for individuals with a wide range of needs, including:
- Chronic illnesses such as diabetes, COPD and high blood pressure
- Intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Rehabilitative challenges following stroke or injury
Support for Adults from Many Cultures
We support adults from many cultures, including Haitian, Cape Verdean, Russian, Indian, Korean, Chinese and Spanish-speaking. With the help of caring bilingual staff, our participants enjoy healthy, delicious meals and social activities that reflect their cultural heritage, including games and holiday celebrations. At our centers, participants can feel connected to their home culture while making lifelong friends.
